1. How can I generate an online password?
Please follow the steps mentioned below to generate a new password – A. Open www.reliancecommodities.co.in B. Click on, “Trade” C. Click on, “Forget password” C. A new window will open. Please enter User ID, Email ID and PAN number D. Password will be sent to your registered email address E. Please change the password sent on your registered email address immediately after login. Password should be minimum 6 characters and maximum 12 characters. It should have an alpha numerical combination with atleast one special character. Special characters that can be used are !@#$%^&*() The new password cannot be the same as the 3 previous passwords and cannot be the same as your User ID.

2. What are the documents/statements/reports available?
Contract Notes (ECN) - please Login into Insta Plus > Click on Reports > ECN > Select Date Range and Submit.
Trade / Order Report - please Login into Insta Plus > Click on Reports > Trade / Order > Select Date Range and Submit.
Ledger Report - please Login into Insta Plus > Click on Reports > Ledger > Select Date Range and Submit.
Margin Requirement - please Login into Insta Plus > Click on Reports > Margin Requirementt > Select Exchange and Submit.

3. How does one check trading ledger balance?

4. How many bank accounts can be linked with Reliance Commodities trading account? You can link a maximum of three bank accounts with your trading account for making payment.

5. How can I generate an online password?

6. Once placed fund withdrawal, when will I receive credit in my bank account?
A. A. If request is placed before 4.30 PM on working day and correct IFSC code is updated then amount will credit in his bank account on T+1 day B. If request is placed after 4.30 PM on working day and correct IFSC code is updated then amount will credit in his bank account on T+2 day C. If request is placed before 4.30 PM on working day and IFSC code is not updated then cheque for withdrawn amount will be sent at the nearest branch in T+6 working days.

7. My account is dormant. How do I activate it?
Offline Process: For activation of Dormant account, client shall be required to submit a written request to the customer support at the branches along with the copy of PAN. The form is available under Download Form section (HOME CUSTOMER CARE DOWNLOAD FORMS).
Online Process: Clients shall also be given an option to reactivate the accounts by providing details such as User ID + PAN + Registered Email Address on trading portal.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to generate a new password –
• Open www.reliancecommodities.co.in • Click on Trade Click on link, "Reactivate Account" • Enter User ID, PAN Number and Email ID and click on submit • You will get the message as, "your request has been accepted". Your account will be activated T+1 day. • As soon as your account is activated in T + 1 working day, you need to reset the password (as your old password must have expired) from the Forgot Password link and login to your account otherwise; your account will be suspended again.

8. How can I Change bank details for Fund transfer?
Please submit CRF (Change Request Form) along with cancelled cheque at your nearest branch of Reliance Commodities Ltd.
